Attorney at law and corporate lawyer, Mr. Pezone advises Italian and foreign clients in matters concerning corporate and commercial law and in particular in the renewable energy sector and in connection with extra ordinary transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with a support also on the aspects relating to the financing and the guarantees. He also gives strategic and legal advice to start up companies.
He received his Law degree cum laude from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, he then received his Ph.D. degree in "Economics, politics and law of international financial institutions and markets" at La Sapienza University in Rome, and earned a master's degree (LL.M.) in Corporate Law at Columbia University in New York.
Mr. Pezone has published papers on issues concerning civil law, corporate law and capital markets.
