Expert in financial control, corporate organization and administration, Fiorenzo has developed significant professional experiences in companies of the Fiat Group.
Graduated in Business and Economics at the University of Torino, he has been auditor at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte) and KPMG. Until 1996 he was controller in IFI (holding company of Fiat, now Exor) and has held several professional assignments in some of the Group's companies. He was general manager and member of the board of Juventus FC.
He has been CFO of publishing company ITEDI and of Editrice La Stampa and board member of Publikompass.
Since 2006 he has been CEO of Sisport Fiat, a company that promotes sport activities and manages the sports venues owned by Fiat.
